We begin with a discovery call, learning as much about who you are and where you want to be. Next, you will take the Highlands Ability Battery (HAB), the Gold standard in career assessments, which will uncover your natural abilities, personal and learning styles. The HAB uses a “Whole Person Method” which uses the information from your assessment and incorporates your skills, interests, values, and goals to create an insightful overview which is unique to you. You will receive a two-hour debrief from a Highlands Certified Consultant reviewing the results and a one-hour follow-up coaching to review career options and establish a plan of action help you reach your goals. This life-changing experience will lead to greater self-awareness, confidence, and understanding of your true abilities, ultimately reaching your True North where you feel fulfilled and energized by your career.
